Creative Workshop with Coaching & Fashion Experience
DAY 1 – SUNDAY
Welcome to Lake Como!
We’ll gather at the venue for a warm welcome and relaxed conversation to open our shared journey.
DAY 2 – MONDAY
Inner Voice & Design Inspiration
We begin the day with a short meditation to strengthen your inner voice. Then, we dive right into the world of fashion: you’ll design your own evening style.
Our specialists will assist you in calculating the fabric requirements – and then it’s shopping time!
Exclusive fabric suppliers and partner boutiques will provide the choice of premium materials for your personal fashion project.
DAY 3 – TUESDAY
Self-Reflection & Custom Pattern Making
We’ll start with another short meditation to connect with yourself. Then, we’ll explore your talents and values.
Your fashion highlight of the day: professional made-to-measure pattern making.
An experienced fitting expert will guide you through the first fitting and necessary alterations – as you begin to see your personal style come to life on your own body.
DAY 4 – WEDNESDAY
Hands-On Creation & Individual Coaching
Once again, the day starts with a meditation – preparing you for a hands-on experience: cutting and sewing.
Your personal coaching sessions also begin today.
You may bring your questions, ideas, or topics – the space is yours, entirely at your own pace and on your own terms.
(I am a certified Life & Business Coach, Master Coach, Team Coach – all according to ICF standards – and a certified Master of the ID37 Personality Assessment.)
DAY 5 – THURSDAY
Body Awareness & Creative Focus
Experience tells us that by today, your muscles might start to feel sore.
If so, we’ll offer a gentle movement session focusing on shoulders, arms, and spine to ease any tension.
Then, back to your fashion creation – with full-day access to private coaching sessions as needed.
DAY 6 – FRIDAY
Your Morning, Your Choice
Meditation? Light movement? Let us know what you need today.
Then it's back to hands-on work – continuing your beautiful creation.
Private coaching time is available throughout the day.
DAY 7 – SATURDAY
Completion & Celebration
Today, you’ll finish your masterpiece – CONGRATULATIONS!
A final meditation invites you to reflect on your personal journey, both individually and as part of the group.
In the evening, we celebrate your success together over dinner. --- Perhaps you’ll already be wearing your new creation? We can’t wait to see you shine!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind event that blends fashion design with coaching practices.
For seven full days, you’ll be guided by experienced managers with decades of success in the international luxury fashion industry.
Contemporaneously a certified Master Coach will accompany you on your very individual journey, guiding you in exploring and expressing your unique personality with authenticity.
Each day combines hands-on sewing sessions with personal development moments. In a small master group, we’ll support you in designing and creating your very own custom evening style – professionally, individually, and based on your current sewing skills. Before the course begins, we’ll schedule a personal info session to prepare your creative journey together. During the Masterclass, we’ll accompany you through the design and material selection process.
THE LOCATION
Our stylish atelier in the old town of Como – just a short walk from Lake Como – opens daily until 7:00 p.m. The Masterclass officially ends each day at 5:00 p.m., leaving your evenings free to enjoy as you please. Of course, we’ll provide exclusive Lake Como insider tips for unique experiences away from the tourist crowds.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Until December 31, 2025: 50 % refund of deposit or 100 % credit towards a future course
After December 31, 2025: the full deposit will be withheld
After February 20, 2026: No refund of Masterclass-price possible
ABOUT ME
Fashion is my passion – craftsmanship is my expression.
I’ve loved and lived fashion since my youth.
My passion for high-quality, custom-made clothing led me on my path early on: After graduating from high school, I chose a traditional apprenticeship as a ladies’ tailor in a bespoke atelier. This was followed by formative years as an industrial seamstress and later, a degree in engineering for clothing technology.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the international luxury fashion industry – a time full of growth, challenges, and deep insights.
Career milestones include:
Jil Sander – career entry as Assistant to the Head of Production Factory and then Production Manager
Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Tom Ford, Bottega Veneta, Phoebe Philo –
From 2000 onwards I hold positions as Production Director; Director of Engineering, Production & Quality; Operations Director and Chief of Ready-to-Wear.
And yet, my passion for sewing has never left me.
For me, craftsmanship is more than just technique – it’s identity.
It’s quiet knowledge, creative expression, and a space for inner clarity.
Since 2022, I’ve also been a certified Life & Business Coach – then a Master Coach, Team Coach, and since 2025, a Master for the ID37 Personality Assessment.
With CC Fashion & Soul, I’ve fulfilled a long-held dream: To create a space where women can rediscover themselves – through fabric, craftsmanship, and personal empowerment. I truly believe that real transformation begins where creativity meets inner freedom – and that’s exactly what I want to share.
